What is HIIT?
HIIT training stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is not meant to be done everyday. HIIT is a training modality that will spike your heart rate, increase your EPOC, and allow you to burn calories up to 72 hours after your workout.
HIIT training is performed using short bursts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, and is followed up immediately with a period of active recovery of the same length or longer.
Is HIIT good for weight loss?

Within this 7 Day workout plan you have the opportunity to do HIIT training. These 7 Days can be done consecutively, but are also meant to be thrown into the mix of your regular training schedule.
